Hatha Yoga

A series of physical movements which, incorporated with breathing techniques, help the body to relax and relieve stress. It is a form of physical exercise that increases flexibility, strength, muscle tone, balance and focus. It can leave the body feeling energised while also enabling the individual to better manage the stress of a hectic lifestyle. The main focus will be on alignment and body awareness.  The classes will be challenging & energizing as well as rejuvenating. Each class unfolds both active and meditative postures to bring the body back into balance.
